At Aries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
